Risiko
The Risiko is a guided self-help program for pathological gambling. It is based on cognitive behavioural therapy and contains 9 modules dealing with: Motivation, treatment goals, risky situations, problem solving, time and money management, analysis of game sessions, risk, cognitive restructuring, relapse prevention.
The program is built on a modular platform and can be easily customisable to include other modules or language content.
The program was developed in collaboration with the University Hospital of Geneva.
It is currently under evaluation by the University Hospital of Geneva. The program is currently available in French.
